problems that will inevitably come up. We represent owners
who rent their second homes on a limited basis as well as throughout the year. We communicate meticulously with our property owners to make sure they approve of all of our activities regarding their property.

Please note that Tenants are responsible for paying a 6.75% State Sales Tax and a 3% County Occupancy Tax on the Rental Rate
for any occupancy less than 90 days. There will also be a Cleaning Charge (optional - based on the size of the unit)for all our rentals which is State taxed and a Security Deposit Waiver on all rentals. Cancellations made 90 days prior to occupancy will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to occupancy will recieve a refund less 10% cancellation fee only if the property is re-rented.
